We had arrived in Rome 10pm, after our flight was delayed. So we walked from the Termini station with bags for 10 minutes until we reached what we thought was Cristina rooms. Went upstairs to find no reception and nobody who new how to contact them. We asked for help but none was given 10:45pm. We then walked to another hotel and asked for help they called the hotel and it was confirmed they were at another address different than the one given on our email. So we walked more with 40kg on my back i was getting a little annoyed and tired 11:30pm. 15 minutes later we found another place that could be Cristina so we went up to the third floor and finally found someone. We complained about being given the wrong address and having to walk around searching for there hotel for two - three hours but were met with no i gave you the right address and argumentative little man. After showing him the email he shrugged his shoulders and said come with me. We then walked to another area 20 minutes away with my heavy bags it was now 01:30am. What ignorant rude irritating staff and lie about the time it takes to walk to the station. Breakfast is a dry croissant with cold coffee served by equally rude Italians. The rooms we got bitten a few times and there duvet is like a curtain the bed is as hard as sleeping on rocks. Not worth the effort hated Italians after this experience.
