When I 1st booked the place, I got 1 e-mail & never got a return e-mail to my questions & no one every returned my phone call. This made me nervous, but I finally managed to call through and the person, Yvonne, roughly told me, "If you got a confirmation e-mail, than it is a confirmation, what else are you worried about?" than hung up on me.
If you book a taxi with their inflated rate of 50 Euro (Other places 40 Euro) than you can meet them directly at the Apartment which is near the Manzoni station. Otherwise you have to meet them at their other place Sleeping Beauty, which is one station away at San Giovanni and than walk all the way back with them to the Apartment. That was not a fun walk with all of our luggage plus pouring rain.
We booked a total of 4 nights, the first 2 night we had hot water for all 3 of us. The 3rd morning their was only enough hot water for 1 person to take shower. Since there was only 2 nights left we just decided to live with it and take shower in shifts. On the 4th day I called them & surprisingly got them on the 1st try, but Yvonne rudely told us that we have to be out by 10 am the next morning and have to go figure out where to put our luggage by ourselves.
That night, the other person in charge, Alfred, stop by & told us something else. He told us that we can stop by Sleeping Beauty to drop off our luggage and can use the lounge until we leave for the airport. Our flight was for tomorrow morning at 7:55 am so we didn't book a hotel for that night, we were planning to crash at the airport after having a late dinner. In regards to the hot water, he just brushed it off saying that it sometimes just happen & he cannot do anything.
The next morning was the part that really made me angry. We walked all the way to Sleeping Beauty and no one was there. The rude security wouldn't even let us sit inside the stairwell and made us stand on the street while we waited. Alfred told us someone will for sure be there to let us in from 10am-1pm. We were there at 10am. We tried calling all 3 numbers that he said to call in emergency & that someone can always pick up. In total we waited for them for over 2 hours before I finally called through and Alfred told me that he had an emergency last night and to call Yvonne. If you really had an emergency how come your partner didn't know, why didn't she even bother to pick our phone call, and how come the security guard didn't know to tell us. Our day wasted, we trudged back to termini station to wait for our plane ride.
What a horrible way to end a vacation.
