From the moment you walk in to this cozy hotel you feel welcome. The front desk does not hesitate to answer your questions and give you direction to all the sites. It is about a 5 minute walk to a metro stop that takes you everywhere you want to go in Rome. It is also a 15 minute walk to Roma Termini Station. The breakfast was decent as well...and what you would expect in Italy!!!

We really enjoy staying at this lovely hotel. The breakfast was yummy, it had a wide variety of items to choose from and a cozy dining room to eat in. The rooms are small but very nice. The hotel staff was very helpful in maping out local attractions, guiding us which subway and buses to use. The hotel is within walking distance to bus stops, subway entrances, and Terimini (City Center) the main railway station for Rome. It's very close to most major tourist attractions which makes it an ideal location. There is a market within a 1/2 blocks to buy wine, snacks, water or whatever you need. A few nice resturants within a 1/2 block that are resonable priced. Do visit the gellato factory just past the market on the opposite side of street for a delicious treat you will really enjoy!! I recommed this hotel and would stay there again if I ever return to Rome.

The hotel was lovely, the breakfast really nice and location pretty spot on. However on morning of check out the manager informed us that we owed 12 euro for Roman tax. This was the first time that tax had been mentioned. I explained that I had booked everything through last minute. He began to loose his temper shouting that last minute "were s***". I told him I was not prepared to pay the tax he then using a raised voice told us to complete a form, which was in Italian. I told him I did not understand Italian. I was paying for our drinks that we had at the bar the previous evening, he shouted "......I don't give a s*** about the drinks...." At this stage I thought it best I leave this rude foul tempered man alone as I feared what would happen next. So we walked out and he shouted after us "...you can f*** off....."
He was a disgusitng excuse for a hotel manager.
