Leaking showers, no 24 hour reception as advertised, wrong key to get back in the hotel, NOISY, no working cooking facilities, small room, not like the photo, no working WIFi.
We booked 2 rooms for 5 days. We were told to get the keys from the sister hotel "Palms bed and breakfast" which is fine. Then we were told no, you are staying here at Palms, not Angelica suites and also it is booked for tomorrow night. We were told "Palms and Angelica suites are the same hotel " so if you book for one you could end up in the other!!
We all booked it together- after 30 mins of repeating again and again we are all meant to be together, they sent us ( half of the group) to his Uncles hotel for the night instead.
Then they booked us in for the Angelica Suites and our friends at Palms! the bad service continued through out our stay for 5 days.

“a beautiful property inside and out in a perfect location”
I was greatly impressed by this hotel that had no reviews by the time of my booking ...the location is perfect, the room very clean and with everythink that you need, the staff very friendly. Breakfast very good quality.
My husband and I spend 5 days and had a wonderful time, special mention to Aura end Ismail, they made us feel home and assisted all our needs. Will return for sure.
