All we can say is - we really miss Mok House & Rome! We originally booked ourselves for 2 nights (9 - 11 Jan 2012) in Rome but extended our stay till 13 Jan.
It was relatively easy to find the hotel from Termini station on our arrival. Took us about 15 mins to walk over with a 17 kg luggage per person. Got the 500 room on 3rd level, which is a nice, cosy & romantic room. The idea of a cosy, modern room set conveniently in an old town location really made our 4 nights' stay homely and comfortable. It didn't really bother us having to lug our luggage up the flight of stairs, guessed we got use to it as many other apartments we stay while in Europe all came with no elevators.
Marco & team are also very friendly and provided us with all the information we need about Rome, even before we asked them. Truly appreciate their hospitality. We got complimentary WIFI throughout our stay.
Breakfast at il Pasticciaccio was wonderful too. The croissants are so yummy that we always end up ordering more.
We walked to everywhere from the apartment, from Ancient Rome, modern Rome.. even to Vatican City. It's really not too far away and we could take in the beautiful sights of Rome as we walked.
Will definitely stay in Mok'House again the next time we visit Rome, but hope we will get another room with balcony. Also strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a good stay in Rome.
