This was our first visit to Rome & the room exceeded our expectations.
We felt the online pics we viewed at the time of booking did not actually reflect how big the apartments were ( our friends stayed in apartment 2 - us 1 ) Ours had the Kingsize bed in an area 3 steps up from the living area - huge wardrobe + plenty of room for bags etc.
Living area had a big sofa , a desk + a spare single bed & a nice shuttered window looking over the Piazza below + air con. Bathroom was massive compared to others we experienced in France + good shower.
The location was great we are early 50's and walked everywhere (Spanish steps 7 mins Trevi Fountain 7 mins, Pantheon 10 mins , Vatican city 20 mins , Colosseum 20 mins )
The breakfast included in the package is simply a coffee (or hot choc) & a croissant - but both are good -- it was fine for us , but others might look for something more substantial.
Overall we were impressed and would not hesitate to stay again when visiting Rome.
We had 1 dinner at the restaurant / deli downstairs - same owner and this was very good , we also enjoyed several others close by --- we did find the restaurants on the other side of the river were better value as this location is close to "tourist central" and the location is reflected in the price - but it is great to have the option at your front door !
Our advice is - if you have a few days in Rome (or a week or more) and are looking for a good apartment that is big enough for a family of 4 and is close to everywhere you want to go ---- dont hesitate - stay here !

There are only 3 suites here, which are above the owner's up-market cafe and excellent delicatessen (we stayed in "Navona"). The location is superb, being in a relatively quiet piazza just off one of Rome's main streets (Via del Corso) and it's most exclusive shopping area (via dei Condotti). The Spanish Steps and Spagna Metro station are less than a 10 minute walk away, the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon only 15.
The apartment itself is spacious, with a high vaulted ceiling, wooden floor, comfortable (firm) bed and rudimentary kitchen area - don't expect to cook a meal here, We were expecting the sofabed to be made up for our daughter but the owners provided an extra Z-bed instead, which was a nice touch. Small bathroom with a good shower.
Breakfast is just a cup of excellent coffee and a croissant in the cafe below.
