I booked the room with laterooms.com got some cheaper deal for two nights, the hotel is located with in 6 to 8 mins walk from Termini station, this is the only advantage this apartment has...As soon we arrive we are received by Roman, first impression is of OK..its having total 4 rooms with no kitchen facility, and with the major draw back of only one bathroom.

Another bad thing is, they wont accept cards, and will breakfast will be served in your room.

The heater in the room is not working properly, so shivered all the night, inspite of complaining to the owner no alternate or action was taken.

The owner is such a horrible person,initially he speaks nice and very welcoming, but once the payment is over then he shows the other face, dont get deceived by the comments writtend by some of the reviewers hanged on the wall as a show case to fellow travellers.

If you are in bathroom, he will start knocking for every two minutes and infront of other travellers he will start shouting, you could have booked a room with private bath, you booked for cheaper price, generally i wont give for this price (As if we begged him to give for that price), He will irritate us like this, fiinally he concludes that we have to finish all brushing,naturecalls, shaving, bath all in 6 to 8 minutes if we want to stay there.

Such a worst experience i had there.

finally i want to say, the only advantage of staying there is location, but you can find hell lot of hotels near by which will charge similar or less.
