I arrived a little earlier than I had let Marcello know, but everything was ready for me. The place is just off a main street, in a block of apartments and is very pleasantly furnished. I had a private bathroom and a double bed (paying only for single use) for very little money. Very happy.
It was very easy to find from Termini station. I just had to figure out how to use the Metro then it was 3 stops away, followed by a 2 minute walk.
Breakfast is a help-yourself to what's in the kitchen routine. This is common in Italian B&B's in this price range. I actually didn't eat breakfast here but saw what there was (yoghurts, tea/coffee, biscuits etc). The Wi-Fi (unlike other B&Bs I've stayed in) actually worked like a dream on my MacBook!
The place is very modern and super clean. No complaints at all.
If I had to make one negative remark, it's that my room was facing the main street, close to street level and it was noisy until about 3am with either drunk people, buses or waste-trucks doing there thing. I guess if you opt for something central you get, well, something central ;)
I am going to be trying to book here again if that's any indication of how happy I was with the place!
