First of all, when we arrived to the apartment the owner was punctual and he was inside waiting us. Also he was very kind letting us stay some more hours for free, when we had to leave. But when we went back at home, he push us to write this review with the warning that we had broken the sofa and one bed (when we didn't).
Apart from this the apartment was good situated in the city of Rome, near a subway station and a train station.
We must make an explanation, The apartment has an unique bedroom, where two double beds are placed (not much privacy, you know what I mean). the rest of the beds are in the living room.
The kitchen tools are in deplorable conditions, I've personally never seen such a nasty and battered frying pan. Also, The owner told us not to turn on the air conditioning system for more than two hours, as he said it gets blocked (an excuse for not leaving it turned on all the night).
Apart for these inconvenient price (1500 € for 9 nights in this apartment) we had a lovely holiday in the eternal city.
