Location was great and rooms were clean. Bathroom is not in room but my husband and I did not mind. Bathroom is windowless and a bit dark but on the large size. We were there in July of 2010 and the air conditioning was not working. We did contact the owner and he did send someone and they claimed it was "Italian air conditioning". This was not the only place we stayed in with air conditioning and we had actual air conditioning. Do not stay here in warm months if you want air conditioning. We lucked out and the summer of 2010 had cool nights so we managed.
