We stayed here for two weeks from 1 October 2011 and 13 October 2011. We were four adults, my wife and I and our two kids aged 19 and 21. Paolo, the owner, was extremely helpful from the time we enquired about the apartment. He always responded almost immediately on our emails. He arranged to pick us up at the airport on arrival and drop us off when we left (Andreas was excellent). Upon our arrival we were greeted by Paolo who showed us the apartment and how everything works. The apartment was clean and tastefully furnished. We received a bottle of wine, a basked of fruit and mini-bar stoked with soft drinks, water and beverages. He also gave us a list of good restaurants with reasonable prices. The apartment is very centrally located and we never had to make use of any public transport (except one day when we went to Cinecittà Studios). It is within walking distance to the Colosseum, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, etc. and just around the corner from Piazza del Popolo. We would recommend Ripetta 25 to anyone.

Within walking distance to nearly everything. Our family of four stayed in the Dimante suite and found it very pleasant. Be advised that the Ripetta is not staffed 24/7. We did have an issue with our key card not working once but the owner was there within 20 minutes to let us in.

Stayed here July with 2 small kids and my parents in two apartments. The apartments were spotless and cool. The concierge couldnt have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend it to friends. Very central but quiet location.

Three nights in the heart of Rome for our first visit. Terrific location -- near underground, bus lines, parks, sights, spanish steps. Group included young kids, parents and grandparents, so being close to restaurants and attractions was critical. air conditioned and small lift in building. Good sized rooms and overall pleased wtih the stay. Would recommend for a group anytime.
