The accomodation is tidy and good for the price. There were issues with the bathroom while we were there but they were sorted out quickly and with out any fuss by our host Alessandra.
Breakfast on all days apart from Sunday is received at the snack bar across the street from the accomodation, which was nice.
There is also a lovely little street market where my partner and I got all sorts of delicious fresh fruit and vegetables.
The closest metro stop is Tiburtina and there is a bus stop just outside the accomodation which is serviced by a route that goes to the station, although my husband and I both enjoyed the walk to and from the metro stop most days (it takes about 15-20 minutes).
We managed to leave some clothes behind when we left and Alessandra has been very helpful in making sure that we get them back.
This B&B makes a great base camp for exploring Rome.

“Most comfortable beds in Italy”
Rome was our favourite city in Italy. We chose this B&B as we have cousins who live in the Casal Bertone area. Outside the B&B's door it has regular buses that take you to the Tiburtina railway station (in no time) where you can then catch the metro. Very convenient and hassle free.
Alessandra the B&B owner is an energetic, kind, hard working and lovely person. I don't know if she speaks English but am sure her partner does. They don't live at the B&B.
Vouchers are left for breakfast for a 'bar' across the street where they do make the best coffees/cakes in Rome and locals frequent. We stayed at the B&B for 10 nights and highly recommend it and would stay there again. My whole family says they were the most comfortable beds in Italy. Rome can be exhausting because of the walking and the heat so a good bed is a must! There are restaurants nearby but we didn't go to any so we can't make any comments. Fruit/vegie market nearby and an Achuan supermarket. But you can't cook at the B&B.
