Be cautious about this B&B because we booked 3 nights from the 8th Octobre to 11th October 2010 and they booked our room to other people at the sametime.
Because of that we didn't have a place to stay.
It was Friday night at 11pm, all hotels were full due to U2 concert so we were on the verge of sleeping rough
We called them, they didn't take their responsability saying we did a mistake although we had their email with the booking confirmation number.
They even didn't open the door to come over talking with us about their mistalke.
Hopefully, we met great Italian people who came through for us.
To sum up, be careful because it's really look like a scam !

Dear , i apologize for the situation but i would like to explane to you that usually we send a purpose with prices and condiotions,this because we receive almoust 100 requests per day...anyway, after that if our purpose is accepted, we send our iban code or paypal , to send us money to book, at last once we have received money in advance, we send the voucher to confirm, the reservation and to explain our conditions to do check in , eventually how to reach the b&B by public trasportation and other information.
so i just apologize but in more than 10 years of activity we have never left someone with reservation, without a bedroom...
