Evene though situated behind of of central Romes ugliest facades B&B Morelli 1 is nice, clean and with a very friendly staff. Breakfast was good, tea or coffe and bread with the usual nutella, jams and butter and some yougurt.
Central heating was working ok (early december) so it didn't really matter that the window stuck and couldnt be completely closed.
Bathroom was very clean though it was hard to adjust the temperature in the shower.
We'd probably coem back here next time we're in Rome.

“Excellent Location”
It is a very nice place to stay for a couple of days. Location is perfect. Room was very clean, bathroom VERY small but clean as well. Breakfast good. The only 2 things that were a little disturbing were the noise from the elevators all night and the fact that the room had no air conditioning and it was still warm at night during september.
