Booked 4 nights at the Via Piemonte location: for one night and then three more nights at the end of our vacation in Italy, two weeks. Via Veneto and Piazza Barberini are a fifteen-minute walk away. The rooms are fairly modern and comfortable; the breakfast is rudimentary at best On the day of our return to Rome ( for the three-night stay), we were told we were being moved to the Via Sicilia location (no email or phone call in advance, no apologies). My argument that we had booked the Via Piemonte room went unnoticed. So they put us in teeny-tiny room, barely fitting a queen-size bed. No cellular reception anywhere in the entire suite, no WiFi (unlike the other location). Same basic breakfast: coffee, milk, two puny "cornetti", and the usual assortment of packaged jams, biscuits, etc. Again, the location is good, just a few blocks from Via Veneto. Bina, the owner, is rather impersonal and not welcoming.

We stayed at the Morelli 1 first for two nights, the place is on the 4th floor and the room was large with good facilties. The only downside was that room 3 is next to the small area which they use as a kitchen for preparing the breakfast, we were woken just after 7am on both days.
For the following two nights we moved to the families other B&B a couple of streets away (work being done on the first room) A much smaller room right next to the families own quarters, basically their own appartment with two rooms allocated to guests. Again, we were woken at 7am by the families children who were awake early and up late in to the evening.
As long as you don't want a nice romantic lay in, then everything else was good value for money but if you want peace and quiet then this is not the place for you.
Rome is fantastic, beautiful and we are so glad to have been.

The B&B is located centrally in Rome and is close to two underground stations. The accomodation is on the fourth floor and is clean and tidy. There is a lift and you get keys for the ground floor door, the inner door and your own room. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast served in the room is very good.

The entrance is a little hard to find but it is right next door to the Vastours office.

Would definitely recommend.

First and foremost above everything else Victoria the owner was outstanding. Could not of ask for a better host. She was so friendly and attentive beyond belief. Her helpfulness was amazing she knew everything we needed to know. To sum it up she INSISTED on helping us with our luggage, we had lots coming from NZ, she didnt just grab a bag, she took the heaviest suitcase and wouldnt give it back until it was in the cab! Breakfast in bed was atreat and always exactly on time! The room was cool with an excellent AC (what we needed at 38c), clean and what we needed. What more can you ask for in a hotel. To boost its a 5 minute walt to Trevi fountain and 15-20 to the colosseum! Thanks very much for an excellent experience. To sum up if your in need of a basic trip with no pool etc (no time to swim in Rome anyway!) book this hotel NOW!
