Pros:

- Price
Cons:
- Shabby rooms
- Small, dirty bathrooms
- Unprofessional staff
- Third floor, yet elevator only fits one person
- Misleading website
The website of this hotel leads you to believe it is run by a woman and her mother. When I arrived I asked if I would have the chance to meet the owner and the young guy at the counter told me that he and his brother bought the place from her in 2009.
Coming back to the hotel our first night, the other brother was at the reception (which is next to the rooms) and he had a few friends keeping him company, hanging out on the lobby's couch. We were awoken by them having an argument at 2 in the morning. When I went out to see what the problem was, the co-owner said "oh, sorry I forgot where I was for a moment".
It's tough because it is hard to find a hotel at a good price in Rome, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this awful place.
