We're a family (4) from Canada. We were in Rome, june 6th to june 11th, 2011.
We were supposed to stay at this place for two nights but when we've seen the quadruple room and the service, we decided to de-book the other hotel and stay at this place for a third night. The owners and staff are very, very sympathic and friendly. They speak english very good. They provide good advices and help us to enjoy the trip in Rome. The breakfast is very good. Our room was very clean. It's located in the center of Rome (10 min (walk) from Termini train station and Metro). I strongly recommend this place.

Nous sommes une famille (4) du Canada et avons visité Rome du 6 juin au 11 juin 2011. Nous devions passer deux nuits à ce B&B, toutefois, lorsque nous avons vu la qualité du service et la chambre quadruple offerte, nous avons décidé d'annuler la réservation à l'autre hôtel et demeurer à cet endroit pour une troisième nuit. Les propriétaires et le personnel sont vraiment sympathiques. Ils nous ont prodigué d'excellents conseils et nous ont aidé à profiter au maximum de notre séjour à Rome. Il y a une ambiance familiale à l'intérieur. Notre chambre était très propre et notre déjeuner très bon. L'hôtel est situé au centre de Rome à environ 10 minutes à pied de la gare de train et Métro Termini. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

We went because of the good reviews, but there is also a B&B named the same in Portofino, there has been a bit of mixed up. The room is very basic with florescent light, the toilet is very small and not very clean, smelly. Despite the aircon, we had mosquite bites (very very large mosquitos, and many of them) every night which kept us awake the entire trip, we had to cover ourselves entirely in sheets (including our faces). When told the hotel about it, they just shruded their shoulders!

Location wise, it is not that convenient, it is a bit far from the action and sights. The worst was the horrible breakfar, all plastic taste, sugar coated bread from restaurant leftovers the night before or cheap plastic wrapped non-descript slim stuff. What a total waste of food, I rather they just serve the coffee. Why bother, all went straight into the garbage bin every morning.

This B&B is in an old building, clusterd with many other B&Bs and 2 star cheap hotels, so in terms of value, not great. There was no room, no public area, only room doors all line up together, a real basic B&B for the price of a 2-3* star. We won't be back for sure, not at USD150 per night.

Wery helpful and friendly staff, nice and clean room. Good location, walking distance to colosseo, spanish stepps, fontana di trevi and everything else. Nice restaurangs just around the corner. Recomend it. Went there 19-22/2 2010. And the Roma-Catania 1-0
game at the olimpico was great.

This is a residence. It seemed okay at first when checking in. the front desk was friendly. It was a good location, short cab away from everything. But I was scolded when bringing a bottle of wine back to the room and was told I spilt wine on the white comforter and was going to be charged a cleaning fee if the owner couldn't get it out. It was a spill the size of a pea! She said the comforter was brand new and I need to be careful!! Luckily we weren't charged because we said that was ridiculous and that has never happened anywhere!!! I also thought it was very strange when I came back from shopping all day and our suitcases were packed up and put in a corner. My make-up and toiletries were placed in a drawer. My shoes were placed in the closet. You have to turn in a key every time you leave. I felt like a child. There are many other places at a good price, don't risk the headache and extra charges these people look for! You don't want to worry about your stuff and hoping there aren't extra charges on your credit card!
