My husband and I were set to stay here the last night of our vacation in Rome. We had just returned from Naples and arrived at the B&B around 9:00 p.m. We found the place and rang the buzzer with no response. A couple came by that were staying at another Inn within the same building and went to Marcantonio's office to find a staff member and came back to say the office was dark. We then called the phone number provided to us on our reservation confirmation page as well as the one on the sign on the front door repeatedly and no one answered. We checked the hotel confirmation earlier to make sure we didn't need to reconfirm the B&B, which had been booked through hotels.com. Nowhere was it stated that we needed to reconfirm our hotel room nor was there a check in time we needed to arrive by. Left stranded in Rome w/ our luggage and nothing but two unanswered business phone numbers, we spent the next 45 minutes hauling our luggage from hotel to hotel trying to find somewhere that had availability and wasn't too outrageously priced. Furthermore they charged us for the rooms. During our European vacation we stayed at 5 hotels and this was by far the worst experience we have had. I could not discourage you more from staying here.
