“Poor in most ways”

I arrived on Sunday evening and I was really hungry, the hotel would't serve food because it was sunday. The reception refused to charge my phone (all I had with me was a USB charger and no laptop)
At the conference the food was all fish with no choice, starting with raw fish, followed by clam pasta (both I couldn't eat as I am pregnant!)
Staff were rude, so much so that myself any many of my colleagues checked out 2 days early.

Dear Value Guest,

We are really sorry you didn't enjoy your stay in our hotel. We work very hard to assure to all our guests the best service. We are a business hotel and the restaurant is closed at Sunday, we know that it could be a problem but , we are sorry for the matter, we need to respect this policy. Regarding the menu of the dinner and the lunch please note that we usually confirm in advance the menu for events with the agency or the company that manage the meeting request but whenever one of our guest has some problem with some food we can arrange something different at the moment. Our gold rule is "we would like to give you what you need before you ask for it, but in the meantime please ask and we are at your disposal".

“GREAT 4 STAR! WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR A TOTAL OF 30 DAYS”

this hotel was our home-base,during a 2 months vacation in Italy. We stayed in a junior suite,a lovely little apartment very functional and very modern and clean! And best of all the price was most reasonable.
The staff was great and took care of all of our needs and English is a second language at this hotel!
We had weekly maid service, the building and the grounds are very well taken care of and spotless! The complex is gated with private garden area, our apartment had a balcony facing the garden, very nice and quiet.
The location is good,by car not far to access major highways not far from Rome or the airport, also just few miles from the beach.
Just next door to the complex there is a very good "Tavola calda" you can even order your food and it will be ready for lunch time, your morning cappuccino there is a very nice bar just around the corner!
There are also many restaurants in the area called Casal Palocco, just near the hotel, few miles away there is even a Mcdonald in a nice shopping area.
The street in front of the hotel is a busy one...but it is Italy after all!

“Great staff, lots of traffic”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 November 2010

While we thought this would be relatively close to Fiumicino airport for one overnight before flying on to Palermo, it turned into a long, 40Euro taxi ride. Very much a modern neighborhood location, with the convenience of small restaurants, macellaria (with great take away) pizzaria, pasticceria and a bank with an ATM machine all close by. Room was very clean and modern. Ombretta and Annamaria at the front desk were extremely helpful (and pretty). Annamaria makes a mean cafe w. grappa at the friendly little bar right inside the lobby. The street in front of the hotel had traffic continuously until 1:00 a.m Monday night. Apple could use the amplification technology provided by the windows in its next iphone, as our beds might as well have been on the sidewalk. Maybe a room on the back would have been quieter, but there is a street there to (ergo, Triangoli?) Breakfast was standard. Decent place but would not return due to noise and a little out of the way from what we expected.

““…hotel with the worse service ever….””
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 October 2010

I stay there for a few weeks but to be frank this hotel have the worse service ever...and I travel a lot, in all sort of places from B&B to a 5 stars hotel, for me this is the hotel with the worse service ever, I even wonder if this belong to Best Western. When talking the reception doesn’t even try to look at me, she talked arrogantly while doing her work, for me, it is so rude, especially when you are in the hotel business. My personal opinion, there’s no family spirit in the hotel. They refuse to answer the call (I made more than 5 calls), I’m so angry and I went to the desk to check, there they were there with no customer, I’m still wondering why they didn’t answer. The internet is so slow, I made so many complaint but still nothing was done. Location wise, its near to the airport, took about 30minues to the airport and they provide shuttle service (in advance). Going to Rome is quite a challenge here, you can took the bus (only running from 6.30am to 8pm) to the nearest metro station, and the bus journey took you about 45 minutes. Coming back to the hotel, you to be at the station by 7.30pm so that you wouldn’t miss the last bus. The room is clean and tidy with new furniture and stuff and the garden is beautiful and well maintained.

“Good hotel not far from Rome airport”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 October 2010

We were trying to get a hotel near the airport, and the Hiltons were booked out and way overpriced. What we found was the Triangoli, which is about 15 km from the airport, and only some minutes from Ostia Antica. The room was clean and well laid-out, with rather new furniture. The price is ok given the location.

On the negative side, there is no room service, which might become a problem when arriving late, as all restaurants, even the McDonald's some blocks away, close at midnight at the latest. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, you should request a room not to the front, as there passes a main road which is quite noisy in the mornings. Internet access, although free, didn't work well most of the time.
