I stayed recently with 3 girlfriends of mine in Vicolo del Lupo. It is a conversion in an old palace in the centre of Rome. 5 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps but in a quiet little street away from all the noise. The place felt like we were the first people to ever sleep in those beds and probably we were. they were very confortable beds and though the furniture in our room was a bit naff it was very confortable. The rooms are spacious and very clean and I think it has nothing to envy to some of so called 4* hotel around Europe. Good value for the money. Will stay again and will try to do so before it becomes hugely popular!!
