I stayed at A & A Bed & Breakfast for four nights and they let me book another night so I could have to room until late because my flight didn't leave until late that night. It was great to have the room the last day so I could wander around Rome and then go back to the room to freshen up before I flew home to Australia.
The room was small but comfortable, there were no tea or coffee making facilities but many bed & breakfasts in Italy don't have the faclities in the room but have them in an area that guests can access.
The only thing I didn't like about the room was the water pump kicked in every time I or someone in the other rooms used the water or flushed the toilet.
I would stay here again, the location is perfect for the train station and bus depot, and is within walking distance to most attractions.

“Great location and value for money in Rome”
We stayed at A&A for 5 nights and it was great. We had a great room, with a massive bed and bathroom. Breakfast was included and the coffee was divine - there were times when we wouldn't eat te biscuits or pastries so our lovely hosts Armando and Antonella would go and buy us pastries we liked. So lovely. The location is great only a 2 minute walk to Termini station and while there are a lot of tourist restaurants in the area it's close to via Cavour which has some more local options. Our hosts also went out of their way to look after our bags while we went to Amalfi for a week. If you want to stay in Rome look no further than here.

“Lovely place to stay”
Wonderful accomodation and kind people welcoming you. We really enjoyed staying in this warm and nice b&b while staying in beautiful Rome.
