It was wonderful !!!!! Beautiful weather!! Hotel (more house in the block) is quite good, although the rooms do not have a single chair, but the beds are comfortable and cleanly. Cleaned daily. Key to such a trip a few days is that it was a bed, bathroom and not expensive and close to major destinations. Situated in a straight Print Print content from the Vatican about 800 meters and it is true, but to enter the Vatican's Square St. Peter, you need to do additional kilometer along the wall.

This place appeared ok at first. We were 9 people and had a whole apartment to ourselves. Clean and tidy, and location is fine. But then, the day before we left, we were all out visiting the Vatican Museum, and we get a call from our friend who did not join us, saying the cleaning lady decided to unlock one of our rooms, move the stuff into another room so she can check other guests in.

This is simply unacceptable. Under no circumstances is any hotel owner or manager allowed to touch guest property without informing them!! We were very lucky that one of our friends had stayed behind to stop this from happening. In the end, they did take the room and squeezed 3 of us together. We got a bit of a refund, but still it was not a pleasant experience.

In all fairness it's clean, spacious and reasonably priced. But just make sure you really clarify your deal with them.

We found the B & B very acceptable. Clean and comfortable rooms within an apartment. Our plans changed, 2 people were unable to join us, and they held to their refund policy- which was not to refund after a certain date. Also, there was free parking, but our car was broken into so beware.
Bus stop 1/2 block from the bed and breakfast.

The place is quite bad located, has no charm, the breakfast is very basic and the rooms also are. But the most anoying thing is that the woman running the place will offer you a taxi to pick you up in the airport for 50 Euros. Do not accept, because it is around 10 Euros cheapper and the taxis are quite easy to find. The same applies to go back to the airport.
