“Great stay!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 January 2012

BB360 was a wonderful find!  Great location approximately half of a block from a metro stop and less than 10 minute walk to Vatican City!  The building is located in a very safe area and we had no problems walking anywhere at night.  The room was incredibly clean and spacious!  Breakfast was amazing every morning---juices, cappuccinos, pizzas, yogurt, breads, fresh mozzarella, and omelets!  Breakfast was ready as early or as late as we needed!

Even with all of this in mind, the best part of BB360 was the amazing hospitality!  Marcello is a truly generous and thoughtful host!  He helped us with all of our general questions of Rome and recommended some great restaurants and things to do.  In the evenings, Marcello and Yumi would prepare a "happy hour" for us with great wine and food!  One night he even prepared us dinner, a wonderful pasta carbonara dish!  Marcello has a real passion for food and travel and it was great pleasure to talk with him and Yumi!  And not to forget Micheala...thanks for all of your help in making our stay very comfortable!  I definitely recommend BB360...you will enjoy every minute of it!

“Magnifico!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 November 2011

So glad we stayed at BB360, one of the best decisions we made in Rome! From the moment we checked in, Marcello made us feel like royalty. He and Yumi were so kind and generous, truly top notch service. Our room was great, clean and modern. The breakfast room and terrace were beautiful. Marcello's cooking, excellent! Oh how we miss his breakfast, happy hours, snacks and dinner! Everything was delicious and he was extremely accomodating to our tastes and schedule. The area felt safe, a quiet residential street, just a few blocks away from lots of shopping and restaurants and the Vatican. We"ll definitely be back!

“Excellent stay, Rome 2008”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 September 2011

My friends arranged my stay at BB360. Everything was good, location, resturants, shopping, metro and meters from the Vaticano.
Room was pleasant, quiet and comfortable. Service was good, room cleaned and well taken care of. Breakfest or continental breakfest was set for me each morning to my request, so as I could go very early.
Staff was always helpful and pleasant. Guilia, can't say enough for all your help and friendship, "grazie mille".
Being my first long stay in Rome, this was an all around good experience.

“Do yourself a favour and stay here in Rome”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 August 2011

We had a wonderful stay at BB360 for 3 nights in July 2011. We arrived late and Marcello was so welcoming when we arrived. He upgraded us to the bigger room for the first two nights at no extra cost, the rooms were modern and clean and one of the nicest we stayed in on our 4 week holiday. The air conditioner was excellent and my girlfriend loved the good hairdryer! Marcello also offered us free use of his guide to Rome and an ipad when we arrived. The B&B is located not far from the St Peters Basilica and the Vatican, and we easily walked around Rome to see all of the sights.

The most amazing part about this B&B is the service and Marcello’s generous nature. Every night he organised a happy hour on his rooftop courtyard. He not only offered us wine but also made us delicious snacks. One night he cooked us gnocchi for dinner with no notice and it was amazing, and fruit salad for dessert. He would not let us pay for any of this on checkout, we could not believe the generosity. The breakfasts were also one of the best on our holiday and included coffee, juice, fruits, meats, mozzarella, pastries, yoghurt and a delicious omelette. We can not speak highly enough of the service at this B&B and we really enjoyed the company of Marcello and his lovely partner. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

“The best B&B we've been to”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 August 2011

We had the most wonderfull time in Rome, thanks to Marcello and Michaela. Marcello was the most wellcoming host for us and the breakfast was unforgettable every morning! The location is perfect, The Vatican is near, the metro & busses are just around the corner, there are shops and restaurants in the area and the rooms are clean & quiet. Rome itself is a magical place to visit. We loved the interior of the room & the whole B&B. The roof terrace was great to have breakfast in, something different and fresh for every morning. There was free wlan and we even got a laptop for loan because we didn't have one with us on our holiday. You could always call, text or email if you needed anything, even if it was a wish for something special for breakfast. Thank you Marcello for being the best host!
