i found the staff very very friendly & helpful, the rooms clean & location decent.
i would definately reccomend to others! only problem is if you use google map & expedias map (which is google) IT IS WRONG! please check the hotel location on several websites, it is actally closer to the top of street.

We had booked one evening on a Saturday night for a return trip to Rome after a few days in Umbria. This was to be our last night in Rome before returning to England. We even talked to the owner on the hone two days prior and stated and agreed to an arrival time of 7:00pm. We arrived at 6:30 and there was no answer and no one to let us in. We stayed out front of the Flat for over 90 mins and rang both phone numbers that we were given only to get no answer.

As a result we spent what was to be our last enjoyable night in rome searching for last minute accommodation on a Saturday night in July. It took us another 2 hours to find a decent place and ended up costing us a much larger amount than we had budgeted. the no-show was COMPLETELY unprofessional and unacceptable. If the owner was unavailable he only needed to tell us days earlier and we could have sorted other accommodation then.

We have hearrd the place is indeed quite lovely, but based on our experience we would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS B and B OPERATOR, they will do what suits them not you!!
