“Great Stay!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 February 2012

The Inn was great! We stayed for 3 nights while in Rome. The staff was helpful with all questions and replied to all my e-mails very quickly. The room, although slightly older, was large and clean. The bathroom was also a nice size, especially for a European bathroom. The shower was a little small in comparison to an American shower but was adequate. The hotel also arranged for airport pickup and transportation back to the airport. The breakfast was very good, the doughnuts were some of the best we've ever had! The location was awesome and you can literally walk to anything you want to see. The only negative is that you would probably walk by the hotel if you don't google it first. The sign is very little and it is just a huge green door, once you get inside the courtyard there is no sign saying what floor the hotel is on and I actual rang a residents doorbell by accident. The hotel is up 3 flights of stairs, we drug our luggage up but there is a SMALL elevator you can use. All in all we had a great stay and would use this hotel again, you just can't beat the location!

“Pantheon Inn - Rome, Italy”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 January 2012

This hotel is located very close to the Pantheon, hence the hotel name.

Staff is very friendly. Service was very good. Breakfast is very good.

We got the room right below the breakfast area and since the place is very old, we heard lot of noise of people walking in the morning. So when we told the staff, they asked us if we wanted to move to another room but we decided to stay in the same room but that was very nice.

I would highly recommend this place if you want a center location and don't want to pay too much.

Just an FYI, we had to pay City tax in cash even though Hotel.com charged us Taxes and fees but I think this is very common in Eurpoe.

Room Tip: It's hard to find but it's very close to Hotel Minerva and the Pantheon. As per the hotel st...

“Best location & Best Price!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 December 2011

We just returned from our stay and the Pantheon Inn. If you want to be able to walk all the great sites then this is the place for you. We would rather stay at a small boutique hotel in the center of it all than a 4 or 5 star that is filled with American groups. We travel to experience the culture of the places we go and this hotel is perfect to feel like you're a local. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! We will stay again and again.

Room Tip: We requested a room facing the courtyard and it was quiet exept the church bells which made our stay...

“Great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 November 2011

We stayed last summer there and we were very impressed by the staff and the attention of details. Also the location is great, minutes away from all major historical objectives.

“Great location, convenient, clean and friendly.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 November 2011

We had a great stay at the Pantheon Inn. You can't beat the locations just steps away from the Pantheon but down a smaller side street that does not get the throngs of tourists outside the door. I can't say enough about the location, just steps from the Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, Spanish Steps, we were able to return to the hotel when our feet needed a break without getting to far from what we wanted to see. Modern clean bathroom and clean but somewhat sparse bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was large enought to spread out a bit but the one arm chair in the room had seen better days. Small windows looked out on the tiled rooftops of the courtyard on one side and the church Santa Maria sopra Minerva on the other side. Nice view but the glass was a bit thin so there was some noise from the people on the street below. The hotel is not not on a main street so the noise is not from traffice just people out havind a good time, for us it added to the atmosphere of being in Rome but if you need absolute quiet bring some earplugs. Breakfast is adequate but make sure to go have your real espresso or capucchino at Sant'Eustacchio just around the corner. Free WiFi was appreciated but a bit weak since we were on the very last room out but was fine in the breakfast and reception area when we wanted to download our email. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
