We stayed here in October and had two rooms in our group. The room qualities were very good and the desk help was exceptional with directions and restaurant recommendations. We enjoy walking so being a little away from the sites was not a problem for us. Bus lines are nearby and the directions were great. The rates were very good for Rome Our only problem dealt with the noise in the lobby...the whole place i s tiled so if someone is loud in the lobby it will be heard in your room no matter where in the hotel you are. We had 2 late nights of poor sleep due to loud guests in the lobby.

Very nice modern B&B located near the colosseum. Breakfast was good for Italian standards!!! unlimited juice & water during the day, very clean rooms, modern and nice beds! very very friendly staff. It was superb!!! we went in the summer of 2011 and it is a brand new hotel which is expanding. but very very good!!!

the place was difficult to find at first rime and we tought about a big mistake making a reservation to via dei valeri, but just five minutes later we started loving this place.
kind and helpfull staff, nice rooms and strategic location for visiting the ancient ruins of rome.

They were in the midst of renovating when we stayed so there were a few things that were a tad inconvenient. The upside is that they should be finished by now and what we did experience of the renovated facilities was very positive. The room we were first shown to was very small with matching small ensuite facilities. It was also upstairs which meant hauling suitcases up the stairs. However we were moved to a new room on the second night. This room we had was quite sizable with good sized ensuite facilities and on the ground floor with a lovely courtyard. The breakfast here was fantastic - great coffee, blood orange juice, fresh rolls and pastries, parma ham and other cold cuts as well as lovely cheeses and jams.
