My wife and I stayed with our 2 children aged 14 and 8 at the time. The room was very clean and more spacious than I thought. Gabrielle made our stay wonderful, she was truly a host. She was very helpful with all of our traveling needs. The breakfasts were delicious, and plentiful, much more than a typical continental breakfast. Although the rooms are located in a newer section of Rome it is a quick walk to the older sections, Vatican and very handy to the metro.

We stayed here because it was close to the Vatican as we were going to the Canonisation. The place was on the 4th floor of an apartment building. It was like they converted one apartment into 4 tiny cupboards that they dared to call rooms. Honestly it was so small. The door had to open out into the corridor because there was no room for it to open inwards, this also blocked the corridor and no one could get passed. The room had a bed, chair and table with a tv and a wardrobe. The bathroom was the size of an airline toilet. There was AC in the room which did not work and a small fridge which also did not work. There was no room to put luggage, it was a nightmare and we were quite upset with the situation. The people that were looking after the place were only caretaking as the owner had apparently just had a baby, they were lovely the service rating is for them not the owner. I think the owner of this place is very greedy with the price she charged for a 'dot' of a room. It was very clean though. Having stayed in many places throughout Italy this would have been the highlight as the worst, too small and too expensive for what you get. Look around for something else I would never recommend this place to anyone.

couldn't ask for a better location to metro/bus, the room was the largest we had stayed in while traveling in Italy but extremely noisy something about the water pipes/water heater. I had to sleep with ear plugs in. Out of the three hotels we stayed in Italy this one rated third. The breakfast was nothing great, lots of bread, yogurt and juice no fruit. I will say no on the recommendation yet if you take your ear plugs you will be ok or maybe it was just the location of the room we stayed in.

Great little bed and breakfast! Very clean and very convenient to the metro (within 2 minutes walking). The place is located in a safe residential place so you had no problem coming back late at night. The place was very clean and the hosts were wonderful and warm. The breakfasts in the mornings were a delight! Defiantly recommended!
