“Arches Inn-Piazza Morosini 12”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 February 2012

We stayed in the Green Room and we really liked it! There is everything you can need.
The bathroom is really big and the spacious shower very confortable and relaxing with its color therapy light! The room also has balcony whith a nice view of the San Peter Dome from the left side (very amazing at the sunset and in the evening). Since we have been there in sunny days, we have also the chance to appreciate the balcony both for the breakfast and for a coffe in the afternoon,
so nice!
I found useful to have WiFi connection 24 hours available for free.
I also liked the free buffet they prepare for breakfast, so you can wake up whenever you want, and also have something during the day, if you need (the kitchen is fully equiped and 24 hrs available for guests).
The location is also perfect for visiting the city, being close to the Vatican Museums & S.Peter (10 minute walking) and just 100 meter far from to the metro station Cipro.
The sorrounding area is aslo full of restaurants and pubs.
Since my spoken english is not so good, I also found very usefull to can speak portuguese with Arches Staff, I think in this way we avoided misunderstandings.
I definitely recomend Arches Inn, and thanks again to Fabio Paulo and Massimo, they were very nice and friendly, giving us lots of useful advices!

5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 January 2012

Huge rooms, great location, internet point and wifi connection free and available all day long and most important of all the owner's courtesy throughout our stay.
We strongly reccomend this place and we would certainly book here upon our next trip

Room Tip: The veranda rooms blu and green are just amazing.

“Great, clean, affordable apartment for family stays in Rome”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 November 2011

The owners of Arches B&B opened up a second B&B by the name of Arches Inn. We took my in-laws on a four day visit to Rome and rented two rooms at Arches Inn. All rooms were great but we particularly liked the green room with its colour-therapy rain forest shower. The self-service kitchen area which is equipped with espresso machine, tea making facilities and breakfast items came extremely handy for us as my in-laws love waking up to a cup of tea very early in the morning.

Massimo, Fabio and Paolo were great, attentive and ensured we had an enjoyable time throughout.

The location of the place is worth writing about. We were initially skeptical due to its proximity to the circonvallazione, or peripheral ring road. However, the apartment and bedrooms were 100% quiet. In addition, the location proofed to have numerous advantages and certainly positively impacted our stay. The apartment turned out to be within 10 minutes walking distance from the walls of the Vatican and the gate to the Vatican Museum (this proofs particularly phenomenal for the day at the Vatican Museum, but ensure you book tickets in advance!). Secondly, the apartment is within 3 minutes walking distance from the Metro stop CIPRO, which gets you to all central destinations in Rome in under 10 minutes. Finally, personally we preferred the quiet residential location over touristy Termini or similar Roman neighbourhoods.

Highly recommended especially for families! Thank you Massimo, Fabio and Paolo.

Room Tip: We liked the green room at Arches Inn with its brand new colour-therapy rain forest show.

“Arches Inn - Piazza Morosini 12, by the same hosts”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 November 2011

We would highly recommend this B&B to anybody who can live without the service and amenities of a 5-star hotel, and is looking for a quiet, reasonably priced, conveniently located place to stay in Rome.

My husband and I stayed in the "Blue" room for 5 nights in Oct. For two of the nights, we had another couple joining us, and the room was large enough for us to put the two single beds together to make it a second "double" bed. For the rest of the time, the two single beds turned into sofas, which made the room more spacious. As promised, the room had a view of the dome of St. Peter's, and it was sunny during the day and quiet at night.

We all enjoyed the stay at Arches. The room and bathroom were clean, and the free WIFI came in handy. Massimo and Paolo were both very helpful and offered us great travel tips and restaurant recommendations. Fabio was also responsive and patient in our email communication prior to the trip.

The self-service breakfast is a great idea. We literally found ourselves drinking espresso/orange juice/yogurt at all hours. Thanks to our hosts, extra milk or anything was always a phone call or email away. We did wish they could invest in a better choice of bread though..

“Fabio & Paulo provided more than was expected”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 October 2011

My wife and I had just finished a 10 day cruise and were to spend 3 days in Rome staying at the Arches B&B. After some confusion about a pick up that had been arranged by a friend (ours) we finally made it to the B&B. Fabio & Paulo were exceptionally helpful even though we had put them to a great deal of trouble with regards to transport and we were more than happy with our accommodation as well (the green room).
The room was very spacious, clean and had good air conditioning which we very much appreciated.
When it was time to leave they arranged a new Mercedes to take us to the airport. We were very impressed as we were with Rome itself.
Thanks again for helping make our stay a pleasant one.

Room Tip: From what we could see all the rooms were quite large and well appointed
