Very easy access to Vatican City. The room is clean and decorated to a high specification.
However, the proprietor demanded cash payment despite terms and conditions stating that cards were accepted. He also demanded that we check out at 9:00, instead of the 10:30 stated on booking websites. There is no clock radio. The satellite TV does not receive very many English language stations, not even the BBC or CNN. The coffee and tea facilites are in reception, and they only set out coffee and tea at breakfast time. The street noise is deafening. And the fridge didn't work.
The B&B is located in an apartment building and difficult to find. If you do book, you should contact the proprietor for directions. The metro is a pretty long walk, but if you can figure out the buses to get into Central Rome, you will save your feet.

We had good communication with the B&B , booking rooms and shuttles from the airport. Rooms were fine but we were disappointed to find that to get breakfast we had to present a token at the local cafe. It was a basic Italian Breakfast coffee and cake, but it would have been better if we had not had to leave the property to eat it ! There was information that the cleaning would be done after 3 days , we were staying 4 nights and the bathroom was never cleaned nor was the waste bin emptied. We could certainly have done with clean towels after a couple of days. Overall disappointment in the facilities. It was however well placed for the Vatican and you could reach it in about 15 minutes and another 10 minutes woiuld get you to the nearest metro.
