Location was excellent. 20min walk from train station. 10min walk from Colosseum and if your really ambitious 45min to Vatican!
When you get there, you need to phone the owners (number posted on door), or if you manage to get there at the right time, the same owners also own Cafe Brazil right next to the inn. When we checked in was the only time we saw this cafe open though. The owners were friendly and could speak English well.
Room was clean and spacious. Takes three different doors, with three different keys to get into it. Shared bathroom wasn't pristine clean, but it wasn't disgusting either. Never had to wait to use bathroom, but hot water took forever to come - and was on-off-on-off when it did come.
Wifi didn't work for the four days we were there. Our last day we managed to find the owner and he said he was having someone fix that day. Still never worked that night. Oh and breakfast only consists of a muffin and a juice and out of the four mornings we were there - we only got breakfast twice.
Overall, for short stays it is an ok place to stay. Location is good and price was decent.
