Cannot stress enough how great Kiwi B & B is and how wonderful our stay was. Had a huge room all to ourselves as well as our own bathroom with large shower, toilet, bedet, sink (& hairdryer). Very clean, plenty of room, really nice modern decor. Christine and Daniele were unbelievably friendly, welcoming and helpful. They provided us with a great map of the city and even showed us the best routes to take to see all the sites we wouldn't want to miss. Excellent location- less than 5 minute walk from Termini Station and less than 10 to the Colisseum. Would definitely stay here again!!

Christine and Daniele were amazing! I have stayed at B&B's in europe before, and these were by far the best hosts I have ever had! Friendly, helpful and respectful! The room was more than comfortable and the location can't be beat! Termini station is 3 blocks away and the metro is right around the corner! The Coleseum, Santa Maria Maggiore and other major sites are all within walking distance! There are wonderful little restaurants right near by that are very inexpensive and our hosts let us use part of the fridge for snacks and other items as well! We had our own washroom, which is unusual, and while it was very narrow, it was nice to not have to share! I would recommend this B&B highly!

Hi, We recommend everybody to stay their, who's looking for a place to sleep and good location in Rome. Danilo and Christine a nice couple help us enjoy our stay with good information, maps and leaflets. A metro station at the corner, close to Termini (train/bus). We had a grat time ther. I stayed there for five days with my family and a year old baby and Christine and Daniele were really wonderful to us. So helpfull and understanding. The rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast is more then in the usual Italian one.The location is excellent, so near Termini station and with the underground stop just round the corner, a few feet away. It's just a short walk to the Colle Oppio and the Colosseum too. I surely recommend it.
