We spent 7 nights there. The staff, although nice, do not speak English so could not be of much assistance. The place is dirty. We got bitten by some insects during the sleep and on our last day we found a bug in the bed! The other thing is noise from the street (trams, buses etc.). It seemed louder than on the street. Some people will definitely find it difficult to sleep at all.

This place is quite appealing to those interested in culture. It's not run by some dude from australia like most hostels in europe. the people there are friendly and the rooms are personable. met some cool people and it is a good location. the walk to the sites lets you see the italians of rome in there splendor as well as tourist watching.

I was there in October... horrible hostel! Animals are alowed... strange people... noisy... durty.. .smell...The staff is not friendly. If you don't want to spoil your holidays don't go there!

I stayed at the hostel at the end of November. I went to Rome for a vacation. It had a great location and I could use the kitchen which was amazing as I was on a really tight budget... Thank you Victor!!
