Stayed at this B&B with my husband and we thought we couldn´t get more value at all. The room was big, clean, with a private bathroom, no noise and in a great location, just two blocks from the train / metro station and surrounded by other hotels and good restaurants. If you are looking for fun, internet conection or want to pay with credit card, so this place is not for you!

Good things - comfy bed with lots of room, clean - very central and easy to get everywhere. Good restaurants too - Florians in particular.

Negative - there is a deserted reception area, one of the other hotel owners came down and tried to make us wait for our hotel owner at his room - became very angry when we refused and told him we would wait at the entrance. Indian hotel owner barely spoke english, and was very slow with putting us into our room. First shower we had - a woman from downstairs came screaming into our room saying her room was flooded because of us - this is because we were not informed that the shower can only be used at night.

Probably wouldn't go to this hotel again.

Great place to stay it is within 15 - 20 min walking to everything, 5 min walking to termini station. Alessandra, the owner, is lovely, she was there to greet us when we arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The room was cleaned everyday and towels changed. Breakfast is included however it is a traditional italian breakfast, biscuits and coffee, there is a supermarket at the termini on the lower ground level i would rec. to go there and get some ceral and mil and put it in the kitchen at the B & B.

I would most definately stay here again.

I am unable to rate this place as owner did not show! Booked B&B through hostel bookers, had e-mail correspondence with Alessandra the owner up to a few days before, arranging to meet at 11, she did indicate to ring the Casi Di Penelope buzzer which was odd as the lucky house buzzer was there...

We were greeted by a man who told us Lucky House was under construction and we were unable to stay there and he exclaimed, I thought you were aware? He then offered us a room in his apartment for more money, we had no choice, we were only in Rome for a few days and did not want to spend the first day hunting for somewhere to stay! He only had a single bed available for the first night, not fun for me and my partner, but we were moved the next night...and to be fair if it was not for him, we would have had nowhere to stay...the rooms were very clean and we had our own bathroom, so worked out better...even if we did pay more and did not get a breakfast...

We had a wonderful time in Rome, amazing city, just wish it had started off better...

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, OR YOU MAY BE SLEEPING ON THE STREETS!
