“Short walk from Metro Stop”

We enjoyed our stay with Simonetta. She was very helpful and friendly. Her B&B was very clean and efficient. We had a bathroom "en suite"/inside our room which was very nice. The shower stall was a bit small but it was no problem for us. Her location was super close to the Red line stop of Cipro and was very easy to get to and close. It was very convenient walking distance to all things Vatican related as well. The only thing was we encountered was they are building a new metro line and as a result, the Red line closes at 9pm each night with the exception of Saturday when it closes at 1am. There were plenty of restaurants, gelato places, and grocery in the area. I really liked coming home to our B&B as it was quiet place to retreat after a long day of sightseeing. (Go to see and St Peters Basilica as soon as it opens at 7AM... no lines and free entrance. After 8:30AM there gets to be quite the mob of people starting to form.)

“Quality and Comfort at a great location”

I loved staying here! It is an excellent base to explore Rome. It was the absolute best! Home feel and I felt so welcomed by Simonetta. She is an excellent host. She provided wonderful suggestions and information for my 4 days in Roma. I stayed again after visiting Florence. Great deal for a room that made me feel like I was home away from home.

“Great host and comfy accommodation”

We had a good five nights. Firstly we were welcome personally by simonetta whom take us through the places of interest and orientation of Roma to ensure that we have a good time. She never feels to warm us up with her personalized service and was always ready to provide information n make necessary arrangement to make our stay as lovely as possible.
Breakfast can be served at your requested choice of convenience.
Rooms and toilet facilities are always kept clean n dry.
The best part is that simonetta has such great interpersonal skill that u will never regret this choice of your stay.
I will strongly recommend this accommodation to those who like to have close up amenities and definitely near ( 3 mins ) walk tp Cipro station.
Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

We came with our 3 kids (5, 8 and 11 years old) and rented two rooms. Great location, close to the subway, a bus terminal and the Vatican. Very nice rooms, the breakfast was great. Simonetta does everything to make you feel welcomed and will always do her best to help you organize your visit.
A great deal!

“Great hostess, great location”

Feel like a Roman in this neighborhood. Everything is available in 2 minutes- a grocery store, non-tourist restaurants,a post office, a travel agent to print a train ticket, and of course, the metro. If you are looking to be close to everything and yet away from throngs of tourists, then stay in this peaceful B&B. Simona will take good care of you. I know because she has taken good care of me since 2006.
