Like many people have mentioned in previous reviews, our room was not available for our first night, so the B&B put us up in their sister hotel: a four star hotel! Regardless, when we moved back to the B&B for the remainder of our stay we were completely satisfied with the room and Flavia. Our room was spacious and warm, the bed was comfortable, and we had a nice view of the city from our little balcony. Breakfast was served in our room, and consisted of a traditional Italian breakfast (cafe, breads, juice, yogurt). Flavia was more than accommodating and informative. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, we had no trouble communicating and understanding one another.

The B&B was nice and relaxing (on busy street though), it was also affordable and clean. Naples itself is a bit of a slum and not very clean, but this B&B is close to transport and staff were friendly and informative. I would stay here again, but I wouldn't visit Naples again. Parking was not avilable on-site but in a garage around the cornor. Also has a lift which is coin operated (hotel gave us coins to use), but the lift is old and there are many stairs if it is not working.

Hotel was right in the heart of everything from shopping, to food and tranportation. Manager at reception knew who I was and greeted me by name the moment I arrived. The rooms were a good size and beautifully decorated. The staff was warm and courteous. They made great recommendations on where to eat & shop! I would suggest this hotel to friends and family. Would definately stay there again!

I booked this hotel and when I arrived I was told that they had overbooked and told me they had another property nearby. After a 20 minutes walk in the pouring rain I was taken to an awful street and in a residential block 7 floors up, the lift was not working so we had to walk up, we were shown a room which was more like a 1 star it was horrible and really basic with a shared bathroom in a hall way and not en-suite and the owners actually lived there and in the evening we heard them shouting and auguing until the early hours! DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS A RIP OFF, they tell you, you are booked in their B&B and actually send you to the slums for the same price!!!
