The hotel is well located, the staff is pleasant, the rooms are pretty clean. And the living room lobby is a cozy place. All these make for a pleasant stay. But the rooms are very basic ---- the tile floors are totally bare, there are no amenities in the bathrooms (soaps, cups, place for cups), some of the bathrooms are of the type where there is no lip in the shower so one must learn to squeegee the water toward the drain. And some of the rooms are totally interior, so that there is no signal for either wifi or cell phone.
The breakfast is very very sparse. Within a half hour of the start, all the decent pastries, juices and most of the edible cereals are gone. No cheese of any sort. I am wondering whether the breakfast is a concession run by the breakfast waiter/barista, as it is so very very sparse.
Again, the location is wonderful, but the facilities are basic.
