The biggest draw for me was the low price of the hostel. First, the location is west of the center of the city which is reachable by bus in about 10-15 minutes, the neighborhood when I visrited was noisy due to construction happening literally right across the street from the hostel. So I was woken up nearly every morning by jackhammers or some kind of screeching metal sounds, earplugs are a plus here. It's also not obvious where this place is, you have to climb an uphill road to reach it.
The rooms themselves were fine, beds comfortable enough, only noisy roomates to deal with. The rooms were cleaned daily same with the bathrooms. The building itself is big, the reception area has a nice place to socialize and the deck outside is great for gazing out onto the water in the evening.
The breakfast was pretty bleak, 1 drink and some kind of dry croissant or piece of toast. I would go to the bakery just down the hill near the train station (oh yea, the hostel also overlooks a noisy metro stop) and for lunch/dinner, head to the right of the traffic circle coming from the hostel, make it down to the bottom near the next traffic circle and there is a fantastic pizza place for cheap. I mean you're in Naples, the place where pizza was supposedly invented.
Overall my experience was positive but I've been in much better hostels for the same price but if this is your only option, you shouldn't be dissapointed.
