Hotel organised airport pick-up, super service.... driver gave us a tour of downtown Naples.
TA's advice on negotiating access to hotel was v. useful.
Staff were really pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was the only disappointment with this hotel.

If you are returning to airport, I suggest that you organise transport through hotel well in advance, we had to take a local taxi as hotel transport was not available..... he charged us 20 euro more!

Positives:
1) As stated by most reviewers the Pinto Storey is in a great location right across the street from the Amando Plaza metro stop. It is an easy ride to/from Napoli Centrale. There are lots of great places to eat and shop a short walk from the hotel.
2) Rooms are nice sized.
3) Personnel are very helpful and effecient.
4) Breakfast is decent enough.

Cons:
1) They would not do any currency exchange even though it says they will on a sign at the front desk.
2) As mentioned by another reviewer - the charge for being able to use the AC is pretty outragous, and it is a necessity in August.
3) Internet charge is also expensive and I could not pick up the wireless in my room. I had to sit in the lobby when I needed to work so I could connect.
4) Bathroom decent size, but shower extremely small (even small for European standards).

For the price and location I would probably stay there again, although I would look around for other places first.

We had a superior room which had views over the bay of Naples and Capri. Although no balcony there were two large shuttered windows which allowed for plenty of fresh air. It was very spacious with a table and chairs in addition to a 2 seater sofa. The bathroom was small in comparison to the size of the rest of the room but it was sufficient. The metro stop 'Piazza Amedeo' is just across the street from the hotel and the hotel is located in a nice area and you feel safe going out after dark both walking from the hotel towards Chiaia and using the metro into the centre of Naples.
The breakfast was basic, consisting of cakes, bread roll, croissant, yoghurt, but this was sufficient. As this hotel is part of a residential building it has a nice feel, like you are staying in an apartment.

Great location in the heart of the City (close to restaurants/shops/bars and taxis - accommodation very clean, elegant, classic design with amazing views! Great escape from the noise of the city - apartment style accommodation which feels like a secure haven - romantic for couples but equally suitable for families with older children.

We were short on time during our stay, so didn't get to explore the hotel facilities

Definitely worth a visit!
