The family who runs the Esperia was very helpful and welcoming. We arrived before our room was ready and were offered a complimentary cappuccino in the breakfast room. The gentleman took our bags upstairs to our room (two very heavy bags) and they always had a smile. The location is lovely, not far from the main square in Capri. There are MANY stairs, however, in the street and into the hotel, then up to the rooms. The breakfast was an assortment of beautiful cakes, croissants, etc. Some protein would have been nice. They made me my decaf cappuccino both mornings which I really appreciated. We had a very nice room. They came right up to fix the TV which did not work and got their WIFI working well. Good value and a lovely place!

“Great friendly service, attractive hotel in good location.”
This hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the main square close to many interesting shops. It is further away from the swimming spots which can be reached after a 25 minute walk or by bus from the main square. The hotel has a beautiful view. I marked the hotel down on the rooms as the beds weren't super comfortable and the shower was ridiculously small with no where to put the soap. The breakfast was mainly sweets and cakes and had less variety then I have experienced at other Italian hotels but was delicious. The staff/ family running the hotel are extremely kind and helpful and I'd stat here again just because of them. From the moment we arrived they were extremely helpful and welcoming. Thank you to the female staff member who lent us a towel for the beach. This hotel is great to stay at.
