Stayed here June 2011. Amazing views and location. Room was perfect for us, family of 4 - 2 adult children 18 & 20. We had a room with a divider and it was fine. We ate breakfast at hotel each day, but never had lunch or dinner. Pool was great, drinks easily available. Beach below was fun with lots of activity. Would stay again. LOVED the view and being away from the busy Marina on the other side!

An experience my wife and I will never forget. It was great staying on the quiet side of Capri. We were picked up at the dock by the hotels van shortly after we arrived. They always had more than one van available to take us to the shopping area. Breakfast was very good and had an extensive variety of food to eat. We definitely would stay here again.

We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed it very much. The sweeping view of the marina is just incredible. The daily breakfast is just amazing. The staff is very helpful. The only thing is that the window doesn't have screen so my kids had couple mosquito bites.

A decent stay at the Weber. The pros:

the view :)
the free shuttle to and from town
nice welcome drink when you arrive
very large size room and bathroom

the cons:
a lizard in our room when we arrived, it was like pulling teeth to get them to come remove it. i asked to be switched to a different room and the young man working at the front desk informed us that they would be moving up to one of their crappier rooms, which i obviously didnt want because i liked our view, so i asked for them to send someone to catch it. they kind of acted like i was supposed to just accept the fact that lizards are Ok to be in the room and they wont bother me. they werent able to remove it, so my boyfriend and i spent two hours trying to catch it, unfortunately it was squished under one of the wheels of the bed......gross. but i called and asked for them to remove it, and they did. just wish i didnt have to spend my first few hours in capri catching lizards in my bedroom. i know thats not the hotels fault, but they didnt really make up for the fact that i had to spend my own vacation time trying to catch this thing.

the pool area wasnt any place that you would want to spend your time at

they charge to use the in room safe? uh, no thanks...

they tried to charge us for 3 days of breakfast buffet (9 euro x 2 people x 3 days). We only ate there 1 day. They removed the charges for the extra 2 days, but how about not putting it on there to begin with....they write down your room number when you go to breakfast, so they KNEW we were only there 1 day. dont try to jip us, we may be young, but we werent born yesterday ;)

The breakfast sucked (lots of stuff, but wasnt exactly tasty). but 9 bucks is cheap so it was just easier than finding somewhere else to eat the last day.

the room and bathroom looked like they were in a Motel 6 in the USA. in fact, exactly like a cheap motel in the US is what you could compare it to.


Sum it up...this hotel is good for a young couple (my boyfriend and i are young 20s), its right in our price range, and was a good place for us to stay on our first trip to Capri, but i most definitely will not be staying there on our next trip. Hopefully by then, we can afford something a little better :) But, couldnt beat the view for the price i suppose
