I stayed in the babyluna from the 8th to 13th june 2011 all the reviews i had read really really did not do this apartment any justice i can highly reccomend this accomadation it is what everyone say it is it is a private apartment in a private complex within a gated complex with parking if need be.
it was a bit hard to find but it only took use 10 mins to find it if you make your way to the new supermarket called pollio massive big place if you stand outside there and look across the road there is a block of apartments above a photography shop also a pharmacy the apartments are over them shops
walk up the right hand side of the building where the photo shop is up a wee slope and you will come to a gated complex there you will find a board with all the buzzers on look for babyluna which is the door entry in to the complex it self if you are driving the doors automatically open we was texted by mario on landing and arranged to be met at the complex
everything everyone has said about this apartment is true and even more the attention to detail in this place was second to none it is so high tec the bathrooms where amazing the place was spotless pristine the beds where spotless there is everything there you could ever want I cannot fault this property there 5 of use staying there it was decorated and fitted out to a very high spec the photos do not do it justice if you are thinking about choosing this place you really will not be disappointed i guarantee you the only thing that is missing is a microwave and a couple of sunloungers for the terrace but i am not goin die for the loss of the micro but really would be good if there was some sunloungers if you did decide to stay in for the day there is 2 ways in to the building from either side of the building and also a lift as well i am not goin to go on on you really do need to try it for yourself read all the reviews and add mine to it we all can't be wrong ay :)) :)) SUE FROM LIVERPOOL

5 of us stayed in one of the Babyluna apartments while in Sorrento for a family member's wedding and i have to say that the place was fantastic!! It was a great location, not far from everything you need and there is a supermarket and many smaller shops located right across the road. Our favourite thing about the apartment was the MASSIVE balcony...you can access it from the main living area and both bedrooms which we found great. We also had a great time watching all the mad scooters driving around and it was a great place to sit in the evening with a lovely freshly brewed italian coffee (which was complimentary). Overall a fantastic place and the owners were very helpful and extremely friendly....would definately recommend this place!!

We loved Babyluna. Clean, well located, comfortable. it is actually an apartment- there is no check in desk- the very nice owners will contact you and meet you there when you arrive.
We had a two bedroom with a terrace. Easy walking distance from the main part of Sorrento. It is located at a busy traffic circle, and while that means the the noise on the terrace can be high, even that has a good side, since the auto/scooter/truck/ pedestrian ballet that goes on in the street is great fun to watch! Although the street noise is high- the triple pane windows and shutters make for a quiet nights sleep. What a treat!

I initially reserved Babyluna for 4 nights and I ended up staying for 7. As people said before, it is basically a private apartment. I loved it! It was so quiet, especially since sorrento is so noisy--full of scooters. I slept so well! And the air-conditioning was so great because Sorrento had a heat wave when I was there. The location is perfect as you can walk to the main town and train/bus stations in less than 10 minutes. Although there is no wifi or internet in the B&B, I found a cafe close by that had Wifi as well as a happy hour with free food if you bought a drink. The breakfast is typical Italian (some breads and coffee). But since there is a kitchen, you can make your own eggs, fruit or whatever. The market is basically across the street. Also, the room I had was huge! Such a nice change from small, cramped hotel rooms.
If I ever come back to Sorrento, I'd stay at the BabyLuna!
