We stayed at the Sorrento Flats in Sorrento during our trip this fall. Luigi is great! He makes sure that everything is to your liking and is always available to help with anything, like retrieving my baggage that was lost from the airlines, making reservations for you around town, or giving you any helpful inside tips.

The rooms are very comfortable, and VERY clean. Not to mention, quiet! The location is very centralized and convenient for traveling around the city.

We have nothing bad to say about the Sorrento Flats, thank you Luigi for making it a great experience. Next time we return, we will be staying here agin.

Sorrento Flats was everything we could have asked for and more! Its location is fantastic. Centrally located, the city attractions (the Old City, the harbour, the stores and markets, restaurants etc.) are all within walking distance but also, neighbouring places of interest—Pompeii, Capri and the Amalfi Coast are easily explored (via train, bus or ferry) from this location.

The rooms are Great!—modern, clean, beautifully decorated and quiet. There is air conditioning, computer access (WIFI), satellite TV and a kitchen area with a great espresso maker!

The owner Luigi, went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. He is very accommodating, friendly, and polite. He was very helpful with making arrangements (ferry, bus and train info) for day trips to Capri, Positano and Pompeii.

We would highly recommend Sorrento B&B Flats and would love to go back!

A home away from home with everything you could ever need, kitchenette, hair dryer, air con, satellite tv and yes in English to. The owner Luigi was very lovely and met me off the train and explained the town as we walked a short walk to the apartment. its just off the main area but very nice and quite when you shut the door. It was great to have this service after staying at b&b’s all over Italy, I have never came across a person who would go out of his way to help you and make you feel at home.
I stayed in the apartment with two rooms and also a futon to fold out if you had 6 people, very modern and clean. I was on my own so it was so lovely to have all the space to myself.
I could high recommend this b&b’s to anyone, I found this to be the best place and service I came across in the whole of Italy.
Thank you Luigi for your local knowledge and letting me know your secret restaurants to visit.

Sorrento Flats B&B Deluxe, is conveniently located between the train station and main square, walk anywhere from there very easily. Great common kitchen area with a large fridge for you to hold items and also has a computer for use. Comfortable room and a balcony overlooking the main street. Airconditioning, nice bathroom, tastefully decorated rooms and common hall.

And Luigi...wow...what a great host. He was helpful, polite and made some great recommendations as far as eating...more of the off-the-beaten-path type places which served outstanding food at better prices than in the main town itself. This B&B is just a couple of months old and is soon to have a lift/elevator installed per Luigi. This will be very helpful for those who have a harder time with stairs.

Will certainly stay there again when we return.

Jim, Ruta & Aleks

Room tip: We stayed in the Green room...nice view and quiet.
