Sorrento Town Suites was the ideal location for our first visit to Sorrento. Situated right In the heart of Sorrento but tucked away in a quiet street just a few steps from the main square. Staff couldn't have been be more helpful and organised transfers to and from the airport - well worth the cost. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet at night and continental breakfast is served. One reviewer mentioned the children's school next door. During a week long visit in December we only heard the children once when we were treated to the most beautiful afternoon Carol Concert.

I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for three nights. We arrived after they closed the office but the bell at the entrance makes a phone call to the manager's cell. The manager arrived in 5 min and checked us in.

We had the family room which is big: queen size bed, sofa bed so it sleeps 4. Very clean and nice. We were told that they will do some upgrades-at least new tv for who is interested in such matters. We had a balcony which overlooked the citrus orchard.

The breakfast was brought in the room at an agreed hour: croissants, cappuccino, fruit juice, the typical breakfast in Italia. Italians in general have just a small coffee and biscuit so do not expect sausages and eggs.

One caveat: the shower is quite narrow which was totally OK with us since we are a very slim family but it may be difficult to use for someone on the heavy side.

I wish the beds were more comfortable, a thick mattress pad would help a lot.

Had to make a phone call to check in but everyone was very nice to deal with. Nice view, great location.

Thanks a lot for this stay, the staff really did all they could to make our trip as pleasant as possible. Will definitly go back, with a very good location, and a great service
