Above average services provided by a exceptionally customer-oriented staff. Clean but small rooms. Normal breakfast. Recommended

Was greeted as soon as we arrived in the front door by Fabulous Fabio at the front desk. He was so friendly, spoke perfect english (not that it mattered I speak Italian) asked if we needed to drink anything, informed us of the breakfast served every morning which was great food.
The rooms are clean and love the doors to each room, famous artists for each floor on every door. The served was fantastic, they truly treat you like your the only one staying at the hotel.
The location is great, walking to beach, wonderful shops, Centro just like walkng on 5th ave with all the beautiful stores. Great selection or restaurants on the beach. Can't say enough about the Victoria Hotel, highly recommend this hotel.

Wife, another couple and I voted this a real winner. The service was exceptional and rooms very comfy for the price. We stayed five nights in July and loved the location, right near the beach but also near shops and restaurants. The staff bent over backwards. We are seasoned travellers who have not alaways found this service in 5 star places. Well done!

Everyone in this hotel treats its guests as royalty. The reception was very friendly. I was welcomed by Fabio who immediately offered me a drink. He had someone bring up my bags and checked me in. Immediately asked if I wanted to eat something and gave me many suggestions.
Adriano at the bar/breakfast area also very nice. Morning breakfast is wonderful and they will make you eggs whichever way you like, fresh squeezed juice and all you must do is ask.
I asked for a towel for the beach and they also gave me an extra for my sister.
The rooms are very quiet, comfortable, clean, free internet access and air conditioned. They also offer free parking for guests. I also had a small balcony which they provided a chair and table so I could have my morning coffee.
Everyone is so welcoming and I only have positive things to say about this hotel and and their staff.
My cousin offered me to stay with her and I had to refuse because everyone at this hotel makes you feel great. When I checked out....I received another pleasant surprise, that is they send me off with a bottled water to enjoy on my trip back home.
