Initially we were given a room fitted for disability access. It was so noisy. At midnight we phoned reception to ask for a room on the top floor. We were given a suite which was great, no neighbors, no kitchen being prepared for breakfast and no chairs being pulled across the floor. Much better. Wouldn't stay here again if I was on any other floor. Nice staff.

We chose this hotel becuase it was close to La ciudad de l'Arte. the hotel is newly renovated, with nice rooms
the breakfast is good.
It is also well connected to the city centre by bus.
last but not least the staff is very helpfull.

the hotel is really conveniently situated to the city of arts and culture, the price was incredible, hotel is very clean, rooms with beautiful view and the staff was REALLY REALLY warm and helpful. they go out of their way to help you in your requests. good english speaking too. Especially chencho. We are really enjoying our stay and if i come back to valencia i will surely book this hotel again. highly recommend to anyone!! thanks

We stayed for 3 nights at Medium Valencia. Had a few problems during check-in. We got a small room, had no air conditioning in it The reason we were given was it was during the winter, so its switched off through out the hotel. But the room was really hot and difficult to stay in. We then requested for a different room and the lady at the reception obliged. The new room given was much better and spacious. There was no bathtub in the bathroom. The TV had all Spanish channels, which is something I don't understand. When most of the guests are tourists, they should have a few English channels. The hotel is around 10 minutes from the City of Arts and Sciences. There is also a huge Shopping mall near it, which has some excellent eating places at reasonable rates. The hotel is a little far from Colon street and the attractions around it. The roads across the hotel get a little lonely at nights. There is a Valenbisi stand just outside the hotel. Just felt that there something missing in the stay.
