They charged me for minibar drinks that I didn't use; must have been the staff? I was staying with them a week, and I contacted them a few days ahead of time my check in to push it back a day. They refused, and they charged me a night's stay for this. I kindly requested that they consider, but they refused. I still stayed the week; I'm not sure why because there look to be many nice hotels right next door. It's also far away from the good food in town. Stay somewhere else!

Dear guest,
As we have expressed you by e-mail , we are very unhappy about this situation. It is better if you refer the Congress Organization to clarify the issue about the cancellation , as we did not established the cancellation policies
We would like to assure you that none of our cleaning staff or the hotel, drink or touch any products of the rooms.
