This hotel was excellent..the rooms were very clean and modern..the breakfasts were wonderful..loads of choice with full English, fruit,meats cheeses, and pastries..you were spoilt for choice.The staff were very helpful...they upgraded us to a suite when our room developed a air conditioning problem.The hotel is situated midway between the city and beach and the No.19 bus stops outside the hotel and for 1.30e you either go to the 'Old City' or the other way to the magnificient beach area.Nearby is the excellent 'City of Art and Science' well worth a visit for its beauty and exhibits etc.For a meal..try the 'Cerveceria Distrito 23' Bar opposite the shopping Centre 'Corte Jngles'..super Tapas..enjoy..Valencia is a truly great place to visit..very safe and relaxed..and worth a visit.

Free parking place near the hotel is hard to fine. It takes some time to find one.

We stayed here as part of an organized tour, so I have no idea whether it is good value or not. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, Good internet service included. Breakfast was fine. Staff was very nice.

Visited Valencia with my sister for 3 nights. Purpose sightseeing and relaxing. We loved location as it is walking distance from ciudad de arte y ciencias, down the road from the beach and a short bus ride to the city centre. One day we walked from centre back to the hotel via the dry river, lovely views and atmosphere down there!!
Hotel was pleasant, friendly staff and great buffet breakfast with everything you need to set you up for the lond days ahead. Would stay there again if returning to Valencia. Pool on roof was a bonus! Reception fluent english, although we did try to speak some spanish :) they were very helpful with all our travel needs, directions etc.
