I had business near the airport side of Valencia so chose this place. Great choice. I’ll definitely return here. The area is new. It has a great infrastructure and is very safe, though no other local restaurants ir cafes. A tourist double decker passes close to the hotel and the metro stop is only seconds away from the front door. There’s also a large modern supermarket in the basement of the building. The clean safe metro system gets you into town after one change in 15-20 minutes. The hotel restaurant was faultless. I popped into the bar and restaurant of the novotel next door and would have to say the Eurostars had far superior food at the same price. Breakfast was excellent.

The view was great. The corridors had proper sound proofing. The rooms were decorated to a high spec with bidets. Robes and slippers were standard. The views were amazing as the accommodation floors only started from level 15 (to 22 I think). The free wifi signal was very strong. Taxi was €14 to the airport. The metro was pricy at €4.20 single for two people to town though.

I stayed for one week in this hotel while I was participating conference in the Valencia conference center. This review has been written from conference visitor´s point of view.

+++ location is good. It is only 5 minutes walking distance from the conference center. And there is also metro station (Beniferri) just outside the hotel. With metro you can go for example to old town, beach, airport and so on. There is very good metro network in Valencia.
+++ there is plenty of food stores near the hotel. If you want to but some food.
+++ there is also couple of shopping centers near by.
+++ hotel has nice pool
+++ room was very big and bed huge. It was quite comfortable also.
+++ free WIFI.

I didn´t have the breakfast so I don´t know about it´s quality.

So spent three nights here last week, not by choice. Had a mix up with our booking at the westin, gran prix weekend, were probably lucky to get a bed for the three nights, but as other reviews state , this isnt a five star hotel. There are no facilities at the pool, except a towel and sun lounger so dont expect to be served coctails or to have anyone there looking after your needs. As we were there for the gran prix we pretty much got up had breakfast which was good, and were out for the day. We figured out to get the tram from Garbi to ponte del fusco - for the old town , and to Las Arenas ( i think ) for the beach, so it did take about 25/30 mins. Which we didnt mind. Taxi back once the metro/tram had finished for the day was about 12/15 euro from the beach area . We eventually moved to the westin once the overbooking issue was over..........if you really want a 5* go to the Westin .... Eurostars is a 3* not a 5* . Having said that , no complaints, staff were lovely, but we really only had breakfast and slept there . Woulnt recomend as a tourist hotel .
