Stayed here for 3 nights with friends at the beginning of March. Really cool hotel by the America's Cup marina, about 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the Science and Arts Park.

Cool rooms, simple but very comfortable, fab bed matress, very modernist rooms, although TV doesnt have BBC world, just CNN! Showers really strong and a jacuzzi bath which was a nice touch. Roof top hot-tub and bar, although this wasnt open which was a shame, but i guess we were a little early in the season, but this wasnt stated on the booking. Great buffet breakfast too included int he room rate which is even better when you realise its from 7 until 12, so afetr a hard nights partying in Valencia you can eat breakfast and the go to bed, or wake up late and still have breakfast!

Overall though a great hotel, very typical of Room-mate - always a safe modernist design led experience, love it!

We had a wonderful time. The hotel has all you need to have great time. quite, good breakfast, very nice people. really clean! We also enjoy the idromassage and the gim!

If you want a room on the 7th floor, you have to sacrifice AC that doesn't really work on this floor. They'll offer you to change room (3 times in 3 days). then you'll get in the shower where the shower will literally fall on you. If you ever try to complain at the front desk after 6:00pm that will be an issue because the manager works (sic) left the hotel and turned off all his phone. So the only solution is to leave the hotel... Nothing but a 4 stars hotels. Not mentioning the Jacuzzi half empty and with a not so clean water, the pool bar is super dirty and temperature in the gym is almost 45 degrees... First and last in this hotel.

We very much enjoyed our four-night stay. For me the best place to stay in Valencia is the old town, as that has the most enjoyable - and not ruinously expensive - nightlife, but this is a credible alternative as the metro station (especially the more-useful Maritim Serreria one) is close by, and of course it's not too far to walk to the beach (about 15 minutes). The room was stylish, and the rooftop terrace and jacuzzi still more so. It's true that it's a shame that the bar is closed, but that didn't prevent our enjoyment of the terrace. The free breakfast is extensive, and served in a very welcoming room. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, and we appreciated being allowed a late checkout on our final day.
