Hotel too expensive for what you get. Staff could have been a lot friendlier, bathroom could have been less tired , cost should have been smaller. Have read some people say the room was too small but we thought the size was ok, compared to other european rooms - it was just all a bit tatty. The bathroom had holes between floor and walls, the grouting was dirty, the shower took a fair bit of wrestling to work and, for the money the toiletries were cheap and nasty. The location was great but there are loads of other hotels in the area and would stay somewhere else next time. If the cost had been less I wouldn't have minded the friendliness, toiletries or the shower but for the money I expect more.

Very clean throughout. Very good location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Didn't bother with breakfast as it was on 'special offer' at 9 euros, which was a huge amount for a continental breakfast; went out instead and spent a fraction of that. Valencia is a great place, and if I come again I would stay at this hotel.

Do not use room 205. In tree days, only one have WFI, the toilet is for kits, very, very small and the shower is for kits to . The room is incredible small. The room smell bad. The room is clean, his employes are ok.

First of all I recomment to take the superior rooms: They cost just some few euros, but they have a private terrace with a view of the city's roofs. Beautiful!
The room was spacious, clean and modern. The design is nice and the laptop in the room in really useful. The private terrace is gorgeous.
The hotel is really centrally located. So easy to walk everywhere and to visit Valencia.
The people at the reception are very nice and professional. I did really appreciate it.

The only one thing that could be an inconvinient is the car: to get there is not easy through the small street of Valencia.. and they don't have a parking (not even one outside the hotel in order to leave for 5 minutes the car!). But you can park the car some 300meters away on the big square where the post office is.

We didn't have the breakfast in the hotel: it's always better to get it in some bars on the squares and enjoy the spanish atmosphere!
