perfect location to walk to attractions of the old city plenty of restaurants around, parking next door. Reception staff really helpful, we didn't take the breakfast option as we just take toast and coffee and so many cheaper options out and about. BUT wifi i believe should be free, but they charge 15€ a day!

We spent 3 nights & it was wonderful.

The service was always with a smile.

I didn't like the pillow given, they had a whole selection of others.

Breakfast was in abundance, it was closing time & food was still being replaced.

When asked for a kettle to boil babies water, they offered to call room service & we could go down to reception to use microwave.

Extremely central & taxi drivers knew how to get to the hotel without any directions.

all that could go wrong here did. we were told we had to pay the full bill in advance (3 nights) befor, for what we do not knowe we could check in, we were sent to a restaurant for dinner recommended by the staff, it was closed ( 40 min walk), we were screamed at by the hotel parking attendent in spanish, for what we do nor know, and it went on and on, restaurant had dirty crockery and glassware. On the up side duty manager was polite and restaurant staff friendly

I stayed for a week in Valencia. I had a conference in the University area. Chose this hotel because it is closer to the historic old city. The location is excellent. Walking distance from the old city, right next to the Xativa Metro station, and within a 15 min bus ride of either the University or the beach. They also have a bicycle stand nearby where I could rent bikes (10 Euro for 7 days). I ended up biking to beach (1/2 hour) and all over the city. The hotel opens on a paved pedestrian side street, with nice sidewalk cafes and restaurants. For free internet, take a laptop with you to the restaurants and ask for the wireless code. You can then get reception from your room! The room itself is clean and nicely decorated. The first night I couldn't sleep because the pillow was too soft, but then I discovered they have four types of pillows, including very hard foam pillows, which made my stay much more enjoyable. Even though my room overlooked the noisy street, it was amazingly quiet, thanks to good soundproofing. I can open the window to get the street sounds if I wanted. The buffet breakfast is huge and well-worth it, but they don't change the selections, so after several days I felt like going outside for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. They helped me figure out the bus schedule and booked me tickets to a flamenco show. The front desk was staffed by at least two people at all times, 24 hours.
